Section 01

Definitions

The following terms, when used with initial capital letters in this document, shall have the meanings assigned to them below. Understanding these definitions is essential to correctly interpreting your rights and obligations under this agreement.

Section 02

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to the bajalive Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you satisfy each of these requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform.

• Minimum Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. Providing false date-of-birth information during registration constitutes fraud and will result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of any balance held.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your country of residence. Individuals who are legally prohibited from contracting — including those under court-ordered guardianship — are not permitted to use the Platform.
• Single Account: Each individual is permitted to hold only one bajalive account. Maintaining multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same payment method, same device, or same IP address — constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in the cancellation of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• Self-Exclusion Status: You must not be subject to an active self-exclusion order placed through bajalive or any affiliated platform. Attempting to register a new account while excluded is a serious breach of these Terms.
• Not a Prohibited Territory Resident: You confirm that you are not accessing the Platform from a territory in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. bajalive does not accept registrations from residents of certain restricted jurisdictions; this list may change without notice and players are responsible for monitoring applicable local legislation.

Section 03

Account Registration & Verification

To access real-money wagering on bajalive, you are required to create a Player account. The registration process requires you to submit accurate, complete, and current personal information. bajalive reserves the right to verify any information you provide at any time during your account's lifetime.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes associated with your account. bajalive strongly recommends enabling 2FA immediately after registration to protect your account and wallet balance. Any activity conducted through your account while your credentials are active is deemed to have been performed by you, and you accept full responsibility for all such activity.

• Accurate Information: All registration details — full name, date of birth, email address, mobile number, and payment method details — must be truthful and current. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination.
• Account Security: You must not share your login credentials with any third party. bajalive will never contact you by email, SMS, or live chat to request your password. Any such request should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported to our support team immediately.
• Notification of Changes: You must promptly update your account details if any registered information changes — particularly your mobile number or primary payment method linked to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay.
• KYC Compliance: Enhanced identity verification may be required before processing withdrawals above a threshold set at bajalive's discretion, or in response to risk management triggers. Requested documents may include a national ID card, utility bill, or bank statement issued within the preceding 90 days.
• Account Suspension: bajalive reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account that appears to violate these Terms, is suspected of fraudulent activity, or where KYC verification has not been completed within a reasonable timeframe.

Section 04

Deposits & Withdrawals

bajalive supports a range of payment methods tailored to the Bangladeshi market, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, as well as cryptocurrency options including USDT and BTC for players who prefer blockchain-based transactions. All financial transactions on the Platform are subject to the conditions set out below.

Deposits: The minimum deposit threshold is ৳200. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited instantly to the Player's wallet under normal conditions. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited following the required number of on-chain confirmations for the respective network. bajalive does not charge a deposit fee, though your payment provider may apply their own service charges independently.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed promptly by bajalive. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the volume of pending requests at the time of submission. Players must use the same payment method for withdrawals as was used for their most recent deposit, unless an alternative has been verified by the support team. bajalive reserves the right to request KYC documentation before releasing any withdrawal.

• Source of Funds: All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and reversal of the deposited funds.
• Currency: The Platform's primary operating currency is Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). Cryptocurrency balances are converted to BDT equivalent at the prevailing rate at the time of the transaction. bajalive is not liable for exchange rate fluctuations between deposit and withdrawal.
• Bonus-Related Restrictions: Withdrawal of Real Money Balance may be temporarily restricted if an active bonus with outstanding wagering requirements is attached to the account. Details are outlined in the Bonuses & Promotions section.
• Transaction Disputes: Any dispute relating to a deposit or withdrawal must be reported to bajalive support within 30 days of the transaction date. Claims submitted after this period may not be investigated.
• Anti-Money Laundering: bajalive operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering principles. Unusual transaction patterns may trigger a review, during which withdrawals may be held pending investigation. Players are expected to cooperate fully with any such review.

Section 05

Bonuses & Promotions

bajalive offers a range of promotional incentives to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and tournament prize pools. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is presented. In the event of a conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds are not directly withdrawable. They must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds can be converted to Real Money Balance eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement is stated clearly in each promotion's specific terms.
• Game Contributions: Not all game types contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager staked. Live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Specific contribution rates are stated per promotion.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry date after which any uncompleted wagering requirement and associated Bonus Funds will be forfeited automatically. Expiry periods are stated per promotion and begin from the date the bonus is credited to the account.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless a promotion explicitly permits stacking. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses concurrently without authorisation is a breach of these Terms.
• Abuse and Fraud: bajalive reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or claw back any bonus — and to suspend the associated account — where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: coordinated wagering strategies designed to reduce variance across multiple accounts, exploitation of technical errors, or deliberate manipulation of game mechanics to satisfy wagering requirements at minimal risk.
• Right to Withdraw Offers: bajalive reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited and being actively wagered by a Player will not be retroactively cancelled mid-progression.

Section 06

Prohibited Conduct

Players are expected to use the bajalive Platform in good faith and in a manner consistent with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances, and — where applicable — reporting to relevant authorities.

• Fraudulent Activity: Attempting to defraud bajalive or other players through any means, including but not limited to chargeback fraud, collusion, use of stolen payment credentials, or identity theft.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating or operating more than one Player account for the purpose of circumventing account limits, claiming duplicate bonuses, or evading a suspension or self-exclusion.
• Underage Gambling: Accessing the Platform while under 18 years of age, or knowingly facilitating access by a minor.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated mechanism to interact with the Platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics without human input.
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting software glitches, pricing errors in sports odds, or any other technical malfunction for financial gain. Winnings obtained through such exploitation are not valid and will be voided.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from any illegal activity. bajalive is committed to preventing the use of its payment infrastructure for illicit purposes.
• Harassment: Engaging in any abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing behaviour towards bajalive staff or other players via any communication channel associated with the Platform.
• VPN / Proxy Circumvention: Using virtual private networks, proxy servers, or similar tools to disguise your geographic location for the purpose of accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory or circumventing applicable restrictions.

Section 07

Intellectual Property

All content appearing on the bajalive Platform — including but not limited to the bajalive brand name and logo, website design and layout, written content, graphics, software, game interfaces, audiovisual elements, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of bajalive or its licensed content providers (including game studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to:

• Reproducing, copying, or distributing any Platform content without prior written authorisation from bajalive.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to extract source code from any Platform software or game engine.
• Creating derivative works based on any Platform content, brand assets, or game designs.
• Using the bajalive brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that could imply endorsement, affiliation, or commercial partnership without explicit written consent.
• Scraping, crawling, or systematically extracting data from the Platform using automated means.

Any unauthorised use of Platform content constitutes an infringement of bajalive's intellectual property rights and may result in legal proceedings in addition to immediate account termination. If you believe that any content on the Platform infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact the bajalive support team with full details of your claim.

Section 08

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bajalive, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable to any Player or third party for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption — even if bajalive has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Gambling, by its nature, involves an element of financial risk. Players acknowledge that they may lose all funds wagered on the Platform and that bajalive bears no responsibility for any losses incurred through participation in games or sports betting markets, provided those outcomes were generated by certified RNG systems or reflect genuine market odds.

• Service Interruptions: bajalive does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or infrastructure issues beyond our reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability. We are not liable for losses claimed to result from Platform downtime.
• Third-Party Services: The Platform integrates third-party services including payment processors (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay), game providers, and technology partners. bajalive is not liable for failures, errors, or delays caused by these third-party systems.
• Force Majeure: bajalive shall not be in breach of these Terms and shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, governmental actions, civil unrest, or telecommunications failures.
• Maximum Liability Cap: Where liability cannot be excluded by law, bajalive's total aggregate liability to a Player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
